How do I cancel my membership subscription?

Your membership subscription is cancelled by contacting the billing company that you used to initiate the transaction. If you do not recall, check your credit card statement and you will see Hyper Village or CCBill.

What is the length of my membership subscription?

A subscription is broken down into months whereby 1 month is considered to be 30 days. Therefore, your subscription's billing cycle is every 30 days. If you have a recurring subscription, it will be re-billed every 30 days. If you have a one-time subscription, it will expire after 30 days.

I signed up for a recurring subscription, when can I cancel it?

You may cancel ANYTIME before the next billing.

I subscribed using my credit card, what is the name of the charge that will appear on my statement?

The charge will appear on your statment as either Hyper Village or CCBill.

When trying to login, I get the message; "Access Violation" or "Forbidden".

We use technology that blocks accounts if they are being used by more than one person or if the user is causing undue stress to the network.

What format are the video files?

We use MP4 with H.264 codec with AAC audio. Some of the videos in our archives are in WMV (Windows Media Video) format.

Are the videos downloadable?

Yes, all videos are downloadable.

Do you offer high resolution photos?

Yes, our photos are offerd in at 2,000px or greater. Since we've been online since the mid '90s you will find smaller resolution photos for our legacy content.

What is a feature?

A feature is an interview that we do with the performer so that you get to know her better. The feature is either a video interview or a text/written interview illustrated with photos. If we find a performer with an interesting lifestyle, we will do a feature on them.
