Current pay rates for actresses?

In the old days, when Alexis Fawx was my sugarbaby, $1,000 per scene was pretty standard. What are the rates now?
New girls are constantly entering the biz and they probably compete with low prices to start. OTH, the stars can make a scene a big success and I'm sure they demand much higher pay.
And, since ladies seem to have a menu of offerings, there must also be a price menu. Maybe Mr. Creampie has some current info from his search for actresses?
In particular, I'd love to know the current rate, or ranges, for: Creampie, Anal, IR, and DP.
Rates for combos of these, such as IR Creampies, and other activities are welcome additions.

I just hope the current anti abortion madness in the US doesn't hinder creampie porn. Sure, we have contraceptives, but there must be that thought in the back of the ladies' mind that it's not 100% effective. Some parts of the US even want to prohibit the use of plan B. I'm sure there will be at least some performers who would only do it with higher rates or even back out completely.
