I think the picture-in-picture thing that Eddie Jaye has on some of his videos to show different angles is a really effective, simple technique. I'm not sure why it isn't used more. Here's a link to one of his videos that uses it.:

However, I'm not convinced the technique is used to its full potential in his videos. He does a lot of creampies and it looks like he likely shot his load in her here, but I wish I could see it!
Mr. Creampie, I think you should consider doing multicamera videos like this. For one thing, it allows you to see faces/different angles of bodies in addition to the cock and cunt at the moment of climax without cuts/edits that spoil the effect of the creampie. And since you don't see other sites yet using this technique, it could be a REALLY distinctive, trademark look for your original content.
